AB2000 SYMPOSIUM FORMS

There are 5 files for you to download. The forms are in an RTF format and should be readable by most wordprocessors. All 5 are zipped up in a file called

confpack.exe

which is a self extracting "winzip" file that you should download into a directory or a disk.

  1. Announce.rtf : This is an introductory letter.

  2. Register.rtf : Registration details and accommodation booking form for UCT accommodation only. This form should be returned to the conference organisers (see address at the top of the form).

  3. Abstract.rtf : Abstract form for those people who are planning to present and oral paper or poster at the symposium.

  4. Offers.rtf : this file contains information on suitable Hotel Accommodation, Car Hire, Transfer to and from Cape Town airport and pre- and post-symposium (non-technical) tours.

  5. Bookings.rtf : this file should be returned to the tour opperator (see details on the form) for the services offered in 3 (above).
